Becoming a Member
We love to have people come along side of us in Kingdom service. However,
in an effort to guard the gate and protect the integrity of the Lord’s church,
we take membership very seriously. The following items are necessary for
church membership at Glencoe Baptist Church. These steps act as guides to
help us be the church that you need and become the member to us
that we need.
- Publicly profess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
- Participate in baptism by immersion
- Complete T.A.R.G.E.T. classes
- Be received by the church body
- Become accountable in an area of service
